Arson At Work?
Just now 1.45pm walked passed Fu Lu Shou Complex Cross Junction red lights got a burning fire…I at first thought someone burning “hell notes” offering again but when I got nearer…it’s a burned down dust bin instead.
Is it a serial Arson? Accidental fire? Deliberate or accident? This will have to wait until the fire department to come and investigate before coming to any conclusion.
