Woes On Home Office (Condominium)
In light of high cost of office rental in the city area, our boss had decided to move the operations to a comfortable area near his home…right next block. You see, our office had move to a private condominium that comes with all the facilities such as gym, swimming pools, BBQ pits, Jacuzzi and even a healthy stone walk!
Then one month into the new office came the trouble, the horror of security! I know the guard is simply trying to do his job which is essential as the resident here does pay for their strictest services and any they face more problems if they don’t enforce security.
The agent who rented the unit to my company did not pass our photos and details to the security and the guard checked their management office and did not find our names!! The security guard bark at us and tried to force us to hand over our identification cards to exchange for a flimsy plastic card just like a military camp! The guard tries to enforce us to register for entrance every time we enter the condominium as visitors!
His reasoning is to know how many people is in the premises when there are event of emergencies. Now, we had to carry “resident card” to prove that we actually live there in the condominium so that the security guard won’t stop us from entering without registration.
You can see on the left that my colleague is “handling” the problem with the management office near the gym area.
