According to ChannelnewsAsia:
….the hospital tries to help patients keep in touch with their loved ones, so they are allowed to bring their mobile phones along, and TTSH is working on setting up Internet access for them.
Currently eight people are being housed at the CDC 2. Six of them are suspect cases, while the other two are the index patient and her boyfriend.

I sincerely pray hard that these 6 suspected cases & 1 index patient will recover as soon as possible and while the hospital scramble to get their WIFI internet connection set up to have a internet connection with the rest of the world.
Well, this is not just a quarantine at the chalet where the suspect are not down with flu but simply kept in for a few days just to see if any signs of symptoms will show up but at the CDC2 it’s only those with symptoms are housed there.
Those symptoms including persistent coughing, fever, flu and the symptoms might trigger underlying illnesses which potentially be deadly.
However, due to the fact that this virus although spreads relatively quickly across the globe…is not really deadly according to Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan and Singapore will remain on yellow alert. There’s no cause for alarm unless the virus gets deadlier.
I need to reiterate on how flu works but it’s better to let the media show you more information.
MOH is monitoring the situation closely and will update the public should there be any new developments. For more information on Influenza A (H1N1-2009), visit MOH’s website at www.moh.gov.sg, call the hotline at 1800-333 9999, or visit www.flu.gov.sg.
