Do you use Twitter? If yes and you do use it religiously…nothing goes wrong for a while & then came the torrents of bots & spam that appeared in the 90′s to the email world and most of the spam the email had since found a way to filter them to the “junk” folder automatically.

However, Twitter had not done such actions to prevent bots or spam from being filtered making lot’s of crazy bots running loose among the twitter crowds with “get rich quick” link junkies filled the twitter trends with unrelated trend post.

Let me post some of the screenshots of twitter post that I get annoyed with.

1. MLM Link SPAM

It’s not that I hate business owners trying to use twitter as a marketing platform and if they did it correctly they might even get rewarded by using the search functions and find quotes by related keywords related to their product however MLM is just not FAST and EASY way to earn money but just another way to spread slavery & bad reputation among your peers & friends.

2. Zero Tweets, Aggressive Followers

No offence barbiegirlh33, but you never make a single tweet but followed 179 people half expecting people to go to your blog or website link.

No need to imagine what is the rest of your clones out there are named…

MORE to come! ….

This is an official complain post about a zombie or bot that automatically create LOTS of twitter accounts to follow millions of people!!

The suspect photograph in her profile looks like the one below

Below are some of the username she used to register twitter accounts
http://twitter.com/onwfwvasyl
http://twitter.com/oueuldtwtx
http://twitter.com/tiqdjmwipokr
http://twitter.com/nytdctmdtb
http://twitter.com/vsgnapqwjtqk
http://twitter.com/vfhtgirjfarp

Yes, there are people that may not mind being followed by bots they are simply spamming the whole twitter network and may eventually spawn a network of inter-connected bots that follow themselves to spam within themselves and when the time comes destroy twitter in a moment notice.

The creator of the spam bot might think that it’s a great way to get people attention to visit the website the porn site http://kittyoncam.co.cc/ but obviously did not know the terms & condition of Twitter.

According to Twitter Support, twitter consider many factors when investigating spam. Some of the most basic ones are complaints and number of blocks, aggressive following, mass account creation, duplicate content or just plain spam link content. Find out more about what is and isn’t allowed in our Terms of Service section.

I think it’s time to terminate bots don’t you think so? If you can follow twitter SPAM account “http://twitter.com/spam” and report any of these suspected bots to twitter direct

UPDATE: There is another bot making several rounds in the twitter world!
Presenting the new bot name: Britney Sex Tape
Some of the bot did not put any profile photo at all I think it’s just because they think it’s an hassle and waste of time hehe.
here’s some of the account by this bot
http://twitter.com/xdmmnkaxpuks
http://twitter.com/hltwitqvjarv

Another update on the bot!
another bot spotted!!
Kitty On Cam
http://twitter.com/tnuyssxrxaap

Do send in comments on any bots that you found in your “following list”
It does lot’s of harm if one day twitter decided to wipe your follower bots off your list and you get a huge gap in your follower/following ratio which is considered as spam in the terms and conditions….

So it’s our duty to block all these bots so that twitter can easily identify them.
