According to AsiaOne News:

How Jia Hao left his home on Tuesday afternoon to buy coffee at a nearby shop and never returned.
The 10-year-old Chinese boy has been missing since June 19, 2007.
He was last seen by family members at their Block 251 Jurong East Street 24 flat at about 2.30pm.
Jia Hao was last seen in a blue T-shirt with bermudas and wearing blue slippers.
The police are appealing for information on his whereabouts.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts can call the Police Hotline at 1800-255 0000.
