kopi-o, maybe u never met a nasty taxi driver or maybe you are a taxi driver yourself but as long as safety is concern, I will not compromise. I just had a friend who is killed while crossing the green man traffic light.

Jimmy! If I am in your position, I might scold that driver straight in the face! I might even report police inside the taxi!!

Like when the taxi stop...I just hope in and call police say taxi want to run off with my stuff in the boot!!

Ok, seriously...these drivers need to be taught a lesson! Go report police first then the taxi company with the police report for endangering the safety of the customer.

It's more importantly report to newspaper too!

Next, by the way it may be just a blur blur taxi driver!! haiz.

Hopefully there are no such drivers around my area!

I feel that this blog should be more encourging to our taxi drivers instead of complaining about them. I disagree with all this complains towards them as it will cause them to lose their jobs or impose a heavy fine on them.

Yes I am going to lodge a complain against him. This is not an issue of whether he got an attitude problem but more of a safety issue. Stopping in the middle of the road and letting me retrieve my stuffs is unacceptable.

Jimmy, is not the driver fault to be in a bad mood, please try to understand people’s feelings. Maybe he really had a bad day or he drove the whole night and feel sleepy in the morning.

You should complain Jimmy ! This kind of attitude is unacceptable. What if you got into an accident as you were retrieving your things in the middle of the road?

This morning i took a taxi from my house to the office as I have to bring quite a lot of stuffs. Somehow the driver was in the bad mood and when i got off the taxi, i told him i have stuffs at the back so ask him to open the booth, but in the end he drove off and I have to shout and wave to ask him to stop. In the end he stop in the middle of the road and I have to walk to the vehicle to retrieve my stuffs.He didn’t even apologised ! Drivers with this kind of attitude spoil the image of Singapore taxi drivers. I am thinking whether I should complain about him. His taxi number is SHA5792P

Sometimes I don’t know whether I should pity the taxi drivers. It takes 1 bad egg to spoil the whole basket. There are times I encounter nasty drivers but also times which I met really nice and polite ones. I think for every good report written about 1 driver, he or she should get some cash rewards.

The flatdown rate of $2.50 is already quite expensive, still want to increase to $7-$10 ? This is too much, I rather they take away the booking charges. We can’t always spoon feed the taxi drivers.
