If I see them as suspicious then I won’t donate. Maybe I will go direct to red cross instead but not to someone in the streets.

Maybe you can survey a few of your friends on this too…and may get similar results.

Never again shall I be so easily cheated of course. I will make sure I test them all the way for integrity…

Anyway nowadays I don’t really trust donations drive and people who ask for $ on the street…

The number is an oversea number with obvious reasons not to call using my mobile.

1. It might be another con to eat my money

2. There won't be anyone there anyway.

3. Their mobile was told to me that they don't have auto-roaming.

The only way to expose them is to check their website & email. Best is to call the police and ask them to wait for "help"
